Coverage

The journal is devoted to the dissemination of findings in Science, Arts, Engineering, Technology Management and learning techniques to encourage and promote technology acquisition and utilization.

Papers for publication

Papers for publication should be written in English, and typed double spaced on A4 paper. The paper should be single sided with at least 2.5 cm of space at each margin. Three copies of the paper must be submitted to the editor. Papers submitted must be original research papers that have not been published elsewhere. The paper should not be more than 12 pages.

Figures and Illustrations

Figures should be given in Arabic numerals (e.g., Figure 6). The title should be written below the figure. Line diagrams should be drawn on separate sheets in black Indian ink. Illustrations should be such that at 50% reduction, they remain clear. Photographs should be glossy.

Tables

Tables should be numbered in Arabic numerals (e.g., Table 2) and must have an explanatory title. Titles should be written above the table. The use of vertical lines should be avoided. The number of tables should be kept small and only as necessary.

References

References cited in the text should give the author’s name with the year in parentheses (e.g., Abbah (1982) for a single author, Abbah and Jones (1990) for two authors, and Abbah et al. (1960) for multiple authors). References must be listed alphabetically in full at the end of the paper in the following form:

• Author’s name, year of publication (in parentheses), title of the paper, name of the journal, volume number, pages of the article.
• For textbooks: Author name, year, title of the book, edition, publisher, town/city of publication and page(s) involved.

Title

The first page of the manuscript should contain the title of the article, author’s name and address.

Abstract

An abstract not exceeding 200 words should be provided; it should reflect the methods, main results and conclusions.

Keywords

Some keywords (not exceeding five in number) may be listed for subject classification.

Introduction

The introduction should provide the background information, including the objectives of the work.

Material and Methods

This can vary depending on the nature of the paper. Details of the procedures are required for papers involving experiments. Where standard procedures are used, only relevant references should be cited, pointing out modifications made if any.

Results

Results should be presented using well-designed tables and/or figures. The same data should not be presented both ways; appropriate statistical data should be provided where relevant.

Discussion

The discussion should cover the implications and consequences of the findings without simply recapitulating the entire results section.

Conclusion

This should be concise.

Acknoledgement

This should be brief and presented on a separate page.
